Je-li nemovitost ve spoluvlastnictví (manželé, družstvo, více vlastníků), podepisují všichni spoluvlastníci. Za právnickou osobu podepisuje osoba oprávněná jednat jejím jménem.

  1. The owner signs, in blue ink. Mail or drop off the original paper document at the reception.
  2. Only if you have it converted to a digital document, the owner’s signature needs to be officially verified, at a notary or at CzechPOINT.
  3. More owners? All co-owners sign, for example both spouses, or every owner in a cooperative (družstvo). For a company, the person who may act for the company signs.

This consent is only for your business address. For a visa or residence permit, the foreign police need a different form: use our Doklad o zajištění ubytování generator. No owner who wants to sign? Use a virtual office instead.
